第9条
本サービスについて、事務局と会員間の間に係争が発生し、訴訟により解決する必要が生じた場合、事務局所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属管轄裁判所とする。裁判費用はすべて会員が負担するものとする。

第10条
会員の情報について当局から問い合わせがあった場合には、事務局は会員の情報を提供する場合があることに同意する。

Article 9.
If any dispute arises between Office and any Member in relation to this service and it becomes necessary to settle such dispute in a court action, the competent court in Office's address shall be the governing court. All the cost and expenses for such action shall be borne by the Member.

Article 10.
Members agree that Office may provide Members' information to relevant authority if such information is required from such authority.

Article 11.
Office shall offer supports to Members by e-mails.
