事務局は、会員により免責されたいかなる懸案に関し、それを管理する権利および自らを守る権利を有する。問題への抗弁に関し、会員は事務局に協力することに同意する
また会員は回線の不具合/ハードウェアの不具合/ソフトウェア上の不具合など、すべてのシステム的な不具合について保証されない事に同意する

第5条 規約
規約は、会員への告知無しに変更されることがある

第6条 提供サ－ビスの変更、中断または停止
1.次に掲げる事由があるときは、サービスを中断または停止することがある。

Regarding any issues to be exempt by its members, the Secretariat shall have the right to defend themselves and the right to manage it. Defense with respect to the problem, the Member agrees to cooperate with the Secretariat.
Agreed to members are not guaranteed, such as flaws / software bugs / hardware failure of the line, for a system failure and all.

Article 5 : Terms
Conditions are subject to change without notice to the member.

Article 6 : Change of the service - provided,Interrupted or stopped
1.When there is any of the following grounds, may suspend or stop the service.
