何回も試してみましたが、ケースを開ける事が出来ません。

（You already opened a case for this item）の表示が出て、ケースを開けることが、出来ない状態です。
とても、困っています。

私のpaypalアドレスに＄70を払い戻しをして頂けないでしょうか？
これが、私にとって1番簡単な方法です。
