In case we find any damage upon arrival of the item at the storage in Narita, or any damage caused during trasportation, we make refund after receiving returned item.
Any damage or defects found after that cannot be covered by us.

According to your information, you are planning to use Japanese buggies for business purpose outside Japan. However, we are not able to compensate in case you get injured from the damage (damage on frame or missing bolts) caused by the item. Please use them at your own responsibiility.

Also please note that using buggies outside Japan is not covered by manufacturer's warranty.
