若いころは不安だらけだったが、それを隠そうと虚勢をはって、身も心もボロボロだった。楽しい思い出より辛い思い出の方が多い。体は今より健康だったけど、もうあの頃に戻りたいとは思わない。

これから先、どんな４０代を迎えようか？と、色々考えたが、将来どうなるかなんて分からない。だから、あまり深く考えないようにした。今を生きよう。

Not in the future, not in the past, living in the present.

４０代はこれで行こうと思う。

When I was young I wa so unstable. I was trying to hide my unstability and pretended I was strong, that made me my body and mind wrecked. There are more harsh meories than joyful memories. My body was healthier that now, but I don't want to go back to that time.

In the future, how should I spend my 40's? I thought about that in various ways, but we don't know the future. So I stopped thinking about that deeply. Just live my life now.

Not in the futre, not in the past, living in the present.

That's my motto for 40's.
