Two layers of pettycoat have been removed from this dress, and the fabric is included if you would like to put the layers back in. The reason these layers were removed is because I am a 5'4" asian girl, and the poofiness of the dress did not complement my height. The layers were removed by one of the best seamstresses in the bay area, and the physical appearance of the dress was not altered in any way during this process. Bust cups were not sewn in. French bustles were added to the dress. The sideseam was altered to make the bodice fit better, and it was also hemmed to my height with shoes, which is 5'7".
