注文いただきました商品ですが、すぐに発送したのですが税関に止められてしまい、輸送が止まっていました。
その後、輸送業者を変更しましたが輸出には専用の書類と審査が必要で、現在その作業中で荷物がまだ日本にある状態です。一日も早く出荷できるように努力していますがお届けまでに2週間ほど必要です。
荷物の到着が遅れており申し訳ございません。
どうかもうしばらくお待ちいただけますようよろしくお願い致します。出荷しましたら再度ご連絡いたします。

As for the product you ordered, it was shipped right away, but it was held at customs, and it has not been delivered.
