実は今回の納品において、２種類のトラブルを経験しています。あなたに相談をしてよいのか、再度ケースをOpenすべきかアドバイスをお願いします。

１．FBAセンターに到着した荷物が紛失し、18日後に発見されました。
この問い合わせのケースはまだOPENのままです。

２．この納品に際し荷物の一部が紛失しています。
以下の商品はすべて紛失
４点中３点が紛失
私は米国のAmazonでの納入経験が豊富ですが、商品が紛失したのははじめてです。
今後も追加納品をしたいので、詳しい調査を希望します。

I am actually having two problems with this delivery. I would like you to advise me about whether it is ok to consult you on this or whether I should re-open the case.

1. The packages which arrived at the FBA center went missing and were found 18 days later.
This enquiry still remains open.

2. One part of the package was missing on delivery.
The following items are all missing:
3 out of 4 items are missing.
I have lots of experience dealing with deliveries from Amazon America, but this is the first time that items have been lost.
As I would also like to receive more packages in the future, I would be grateful for a detailed investigation.
