私は貴方にPriority Mail International の送料として請求された１００USDを支払いました。しかし荷物はfirst class mail で届きました。荷物には送料のラベルが貼ってあり、１６.３１USDと書いてあります。８３．７USDは梱包手数料としては高すぎると思います。払いすぎた送料を返金をしてください。

I payed you 100USD as a shipping fee which you charged me for Priority Mail International. However, my package arrived with First Class Mail. On the label it says it the shipping price is 16.31USD. I think 83.7USD is outrageous for a service charge. Please pay me back the difference.
