Japan should use its funding ability and employ Indians with excellent skills. Japan can also aid India, which is troubled by insufficient capitals. Moreover, I think that Japan can bring about globalisation and relief to aging companies in India. Furthermore, Indian workers should never be late and have strictly adhered breaks like the Japanese, but may bring dissatisfaction to them.
