日本経済はこれからさらに衰退していくことが考えられます。ただし、日本とインドが政治的な問題を抱えていないことは注目すべきです。日本はその豊富な資金力を使い、インドの優秀な人材を雇うべきです。資金不足に悩むインドは日本によって救われます。また日本にはグローバル化がもたらされ、高齢化社会を緩和させることができるでしょう。
また、遅刻厳禁や細かく管理される休憩時間などの日本のルールに対しても、インド人労働者は不満を持っています。

It is likely that the Japanese economy will increaingly decline in the future. However, we should keep in mind that Japan and India do not have political problems. By using its rich financial resources, Japan should hire India's talented personnel. Japan can save India, which suffers from the lack of funds. Also, this will help the gloabalization of Japan, and ease the effects of Japan's aging population.
On the other hand, Indian workers hold negative feelings toward Japanese companies' rules, such as no tardiness and minutely controlled recesses.
