【至急】商品発送について
こんにちは。先日も購入した商品がまだ届かないという件で連絡した者です。
Invoice#2636の商品とInvoice#2649の２つの商品はいつ発送されますか？
先日10月30日に発送されると聞いていたのですが、まだ発送メールが届いていません。
11月9日に友人にプレゼントする物なので、それまでに届くかとても不安です。
できれば本日中に発送して、追跡番号などをご連絡いただけますでしょうか。
お忙しい中恐れ入りますが、急ぎのご対応をよろしくお願いいたします。

(Urgent) About the shipment of my product
Hello. I'm the one who contacted you the other day about the product that I have not received.
When will I receive the products for Invoice #s 2636 and 2649?
The other day (Oct. 30), you told me that the products were dispatched, however, the shipment email has not come yet.
As my friend's birthday is on Nov. 9, I am becoming very worried.
If it's possible to be sent by today, can you possibly tell me the tracking number please?
I know that you are busy and this may be an inconvenience, but really appreciate your prompt reply. Thank you.
