こんにちは。先日も購入した商品がまだ届かないという件で連絡した者です。
Invoice#2636の商品とInvoice#2649の２つの商品はいつ発送されますか？
先日10月30日に発送されると聞いていたのですが、まだ発送メールが届いていません。
11月9日に友人にプレゼントする物なので、それまでに届くかとても不安です。
できれば本日中に発送して、追跡番号などをご連絡いただけますでしょうか。
お忙しい中恐れ入りますが、急ぎのご対応をよろしくお願いいたします。

[Urgent] about the shipping of orders.
Hello. The other day I was contacted by a someone regarding my purchased orders not arriving yet.
When will the products for invoice numbers #2636 and Invoice#2649 be shipped?
I heard that it was shipped the other day on October 30, I have not received a shipping confirmation E-mail yet.
It will be presented to my friend on November 9, so I'm very worried whether it will be shipped by that time.
If possible, could you ship it off and inform me of the tracking number by the end of the day?
