【至急】商品発送について
こんにちは。先日も購入した商品がまだ届かないという件で連絡した者です。
Invoice#2636の商品とInvoice#2649の２つの商品はいつ発送されますか？
先日10月30日に発送されると聞いていたのですが、まだ発送メールが届いていません。
11月9日に友人にプレゼントする物なので、それまでに届くかとても不安です。
できれば本日中に発送して、追跡番号などをご連絡いただけますでしょうか。
お忙しい中恐れ入りますが、急ぎのご対応をよろしくお願いいたします。

[ASAP] For the shipment of the products
Hello,
On the other day, I contacted you and told you that I hadn't received my products yet.
Could you please tell me when you will dispatch the items, the invoice#2636 and the invoice#2649, for me?
I was told that they will be shipped out on Oct. 30th; however, I haven't received the shipment notification yet.
I bought them as gifts for my friend, and I need them by Nov. 9th. I feel very anxious if I can receive them by then.
Could you please dispatch them today and give me the tracking number?
