Now comes the con's
- the hotel room is smelly, we even need to buy a freshener to put at the aircon
- the design of the toilet is not functional, when u showering the water will splash out
- big balcony but dirty
- Room service is terrible for the food (expensive, not worth it)
- pillow and bed not really comfortable

This hotel has a very big potential but due to poor management, we can see that the maintenance of the rooms are not keep at the 4 star standard.
Overall will stay at this hotel again if both Aston and swissbel are fully booked."
