1)transport and goods are at customer/consignee charge.
2) goods are shipped only at supplier condition .
3) Regarding payment terms, try propose remittance at 60 days from invoice date.4) samples will be shipped at the same condition of the bulk.
If customer accept the transport at their charge as mentionned in the supplier condition, they can confirm it. Pls check and let me know.
Sorry there is another point: in case of claim they can accept them during the 24 hourse and not accept 3% cash discount

1)輸送と商品は、お客様/荷受人の負担になります。
2)商品は製造者の規約によって出荷されます。
3)お支払い期間につきましては、インボイスの日付から６０日までに送金手続きをお願いします。
4)サンプルは、ばら荷と同じ状態で出荷します。
お客様が製造者の規定おいて提示された輸送のお支払いに同意くださる場合は、正式に手続きさせて頂きます。ご確認の上、ご連絡下さい。
申し訳ありませんが、もう一点お伝えすることがあります：クレームの場合、２４時間以内の場合は受理されますが、３％の現金値引きは受け入れられません。
