With no doubt, one of the bags has been already broken when I opened the box.
You bear the responsibility to take care of the packing. You know that this item has a lot of the parts, and you didn't pack well. Therefore I don't have one of the parts.
I would like to resolve this issue soon, please refund a portion of the money.
