ペイパルにて支払いをしようとした所ペイパルジャパンの規約が10月から変わっており、
本人確認をしないと一ヶ月あたり総額10万円までの送金に制限されるようで支払いをする事が出来ません。
本人確認には2週間から4週間の時間が掛かるようですので申し訳御座いませんが支払いを待ってもらう事は出来ませんでしょうか？

While I am going to pay by paypal, paypal Japn's rule have be changed from October.
If there is not any confirm from the owner, the payment is fixed for a maximum of 10 0,000 Yen, which make the trade become impossible.
The confirm may take two to four weeks. First I want to apologize for the delay. Please can you wait for the trade until the confirm is finished?
