ペイパルにて支払いをしようとした所ペイパルジャパンの規約が10月から変わっており、
本人確認をしないと一ヶ月あたり総額10万円までの送金に制限されるようで支払いをする事が出来ません。
本人確認には2週間から4週間の時間が掛かるようですので申し訳御座いませんが支払いを待ってもらう事は出来ませんでしょうか？

While I was trying to settle the payment through PayPal, I realized the terms for PayPal Japan has changed since October.
Without the verification on user identity, it seems like the limit for remittance are set to 10,000 yen per month. I wouldn't be able to pay you in that case.
It would take 2 to 4 weeks to have the identity verified with PayPal. Due to that, I felt very very sorry about the matter. Would you be able to wait on the payment?
