先日の送って頂いた荷物に一部破損がみられておりました。

トラッキングナンバーは●です。
配送された商品の一部(3点)が壊れていました。
１つはバイク模型の部品の破損、1つは車模型の外箱および本体の損傷、1つは犬の人形のパッケージの損傷がみられていました。

DHLには連絡済みで補償対応をして頂けるとのことです。MyUSを通じて補償の手続きをしてほしいと指示がありましたので、ご連絡させて頂きました。
商品破損の際の補償手続きおよびご連絡をお願いします。

We found damage on the item that was delivered the other day.
Tracking number is **.
A part of the delivered product (three points) was damaged.
One is the parts of bike model was damage, the other one is damaged of outer box of car model and the other one is the damaged packaging of dog doll.

This was already informed to DHL and necessary compensation will be done.
They informed that it is necessary to use MyUS to process the compensation.

Please inform do the necessary compensation procedure of the damaged product.
