私は、お金を返金する意思があります。
しかし、PayPalの残高が無く返金する方法が分かりませんでした。
eBayからも連絡が来ました。

いまPayPalのアカウントを見たら残高がマイナスになっていて
強制的に返金された形になっていますが、
もうあなたにお金は返ってきているのですか？

まだの場合は、私は返金の方法を知ったので

I'm sorry to late to reply.

I intend to refund your money, however, I didn't know how to refund the money becuase there was no balance on my PayPal account. eBay contacted me, too.

I have just checked my PayPal account. The balance is minus and apparently the money was refunded compulsory.
Have you already received the money?

If not, now I know how to refund the money and I can do it right away.
