当方は英語がわからないので出来れば日本語でやり取りさせてください。荷物も数も多いので英語でのやりとりはとても大変です。

This luggage has been labeled asthe luggage with incomplete address. I contacted the Top MashiInnovation. But I only have this information and can not determine the sender. Please follow the proedure as soon as possible so I can take the $5.
Please do it fast, so I can send it asap.
and I really don't understand English, so if it's possible, can we please communicate in Japanese? Communicating in English would be difficult since the number of the luggage are high.
