Just to let you know that the property market is reaching a saturation point. Price may go down from here. It will be nice to get an idea on your thoughts on the accounts and the sale of the house.

I understand that the YEN is getting stronger. A suggestion will be to hold the money in Singapore until its a good time to transfer to Japan if we sell the house.

円高が進んでいるようなので、もし物件を売りに出すならば、売れた際には、お金はシンガポールに保留して、適当な時期がきたら、日本に送金するという方法が良いかと思います。
