以前、DVDを注文した吉田です。
注文した商品に関しましては、「状態に問題があったために返金処理をした」という連絡がありました。
ですが、この度、返金処理をされたはずのDVDが届きました。
大変嬉しいのですが、この商品に関しましては、このまま頂いてもよろしいのでしょうか？
ご連絡を頂ければ、幸いです。

This is Yoshida who ordered the DVD, previously.
Regarding the item I ordered, saying "a refund is being processed due to a problem with the condition".
However, this time, I received the DVD that what supposed to be refunded.
I am really happy with it so is it alright if I keep this item as it is?
