何故返金されないのでしょうか？

また金券を使えるとしても在庫のない商品は$690分で、クレジットにも請求がきていますが、$510なのですか？
もし金券なら$690分ではないでしょうか？

You told me before"Would you like me to just refund the money back to your Paypal account and ship the rest of the items?". Why can't you issue me a refund?

As for the store credits, the price of the unavailable items is $690 and I'm charged that amount on my credit card. Why did you say $510? If you were to issue store credits, I should receive $690 credits.
