8/20/2012に注文した商品で商品番号：OO6011-04とOO6011-05を計3品($690)注文しましたが、その際欠品していたため

On 2/20/2012 I placed order numbers OO6011-04 and OO6011-05 for a total of three items ($690). I paid at the time, but some of the items were not in stock. I haven't yet received my money back, so I was wondering when I can expect the refund to be processed?
