本日、日本からの飛行機が台風のためキャンセルになり、明日の朝中国へ到着することになりました。とても残念ですが、今夜の宿泊はキャンセルしていただけますか？
航空会社からの遅延証明書をお持ちします。キャンセル料はかかるのでしょうか。
