今回のお取引は、とても高額な取引ですので、一度に26個の商品をお送り頂くのは、弊社にとって非常にリスクが高くなってしまいます。

The following is supplementary explanation for the transaction.

As the value of the transaction is exceptionally high this time round, the risks my company will be exposed to if we were to receive 26 pieces of the item at a time.

It will be fine if I can inspect the item and do the packaging myself but this is not possible as we are located in Japan.

For the first transaction, I will need to ensure that the items are not damaged and for the next delivery assess whether the aspects of packaging requested are fulfilled.

At the very least, it should be broken down into 2 deliveries.

If there are any damages found during the first transaction, we will need to break it down into 3 deliveries.
