The　”KLOUT” is not broken. it is stated in the listing that the active crossovers have to be removed in order for the amplifier to function as normal stereo. Just remove the active crossovers.
as for the power cord i can send you one.i apologize. I thought that the cord was in the box. Let me know.

「KLOUT」は故障していません。商品説明にアンプを通常のステレオとして動作させるためには、アクティブクロスオーバーを取り除かなくてはならないと書いてあります。アクティブクロスオーバーを取り除いてください。パワーコードについては送付させて頂きます。すみませんでした。箱に入ってると思っていました。どうなったか教えて下さい。
