先日購入した、Gyrowheelですが、全く動作しません。充電をしても、状態が緑色のランプがずっと点灯したままで、電源を押しても全く動きません。
私は16インチを2台購入しましたが、いずれも同じ不具合が起きています。何故動作しないのか？ちなみに充電時間は16時間以上行っています。
早急に回答をお願いします。もし回答が2日以内に無い場合は、あなたと取引をしたクレジット会社経由で商品代金の請求を行います。

The Gyrowheels I bought a few days ago don't work at all. Even when they're charged and their status lights are a solid green when I push the power they don't move at all.
I bought two 16-inch ones but both of them are having the same problem. Why aren't they working? By the way, I charged them for over 16 hours.
Please give me a reply ASAP. If I don't get one within 2 days then I will demand a refund for them through the credit card company I used to do the transaction with you. I want a reply and support for this problem. I will be waiting to hear back from you.
