先日購入した、Gyrowheelですが、全く動作しません。充電をしても、状態が緑色のランプがずっと点灯したままで、電源を押しても全く動きません。
私は16インチを2台購入しましたが、いずれも同じ不具合が起きています。何故動作しないのか？ちなみに充電時間は16時間以上行っています。
早急に回答をお願いします。もし回答が2日以内に無い場合は、あなたと取引をしたクレジット会社経由で商品代金の請求を行います。
商品の不具合についての回答と、対応をお願いします。ご回答お待ちしています。

The Gyrowheel I purchased the other day doesn't work at all. Even if I charge the Gyrowheel, the situation is that the green lamp will remain continuously lit, but if I press the power it will not work at all.

I bought two of the 16 inch models but the same bug is happening to both of them. Why aren't they working? Just note, I've been charging them for over 16 hours.

Please give me an answer to this immediately. If I don't hear an answer back after two days, I'm going to request the price of the product through the credit company that we dealt through.
Please give me a response in regard to this product bug. I'm awaiting your reply.
