"Let me check what is going on.I'll get back to you later." とのメールを頂き2日が過ぎましたが連絡を頂けておりません。
今一体どの様な状況なのかご連絡下さい。
以前"Your next order I will make sure to rush it."とのメールを頂きましたが今回も私が支払いを済ませてから既に3週間以上が過ぎております。
何故発送ができないのか教えて下さい。
また発送ができないのでしたら返金をして下さい。

You sent me an e-mail saying "Let me check what is going on.I'll get back to you later.", but 2 days have passed and I do not hear from you at all.
Please let me know the current status.
You also sent me another e-mail saying "Your next order I will make sure to rush it.", but as for this, too, 3 weeks have passed after I completed payment and I do not receive yet the item.
Please tell me why you cannot ship the items.
If you cannot ship them please refund me.
