備考: 商品の発送をして頂けない方に催促のメールです。

"Let me check what is going on.I'll get back to you later." とのメールを頂き2日が過ぎましたが連絡を頂けておりません。
今一体どの様な状況なのかご連絡下さい。
以前"Your next order I will make sure to rush it."とのメールを頂きましたが今回も私が支払いを済ませてから既に3週間以上が過ぎております。
何故発送ができないのか教えて下さい。
また発送ができないのでしたら返金をして下さい。

It has been 2 days since I receied your email in which you said "Let me check what is going on. I'll get back to you later.". But I have heard nothing from you yet. Could you please tell me my order status soon?

You also said "Your next order I will make sure to rush it." at my last purchase from you. But once again, you have kept me waiting for more than 3 weeks since I placed the payment. Please explain to me why you cannot process my order yet. I would like to cancel the order, and to get my money refunded, if you cannot process the order shortly.
