When sellers describe their items with either 'bulk' or 'in retail packaging' it means the packaging is different. Retail packaging is like you would see at a retail location, Wal-Mart, At&T Store. Bulk packaging means the item comes all alone, or maybe in a plastic bag. "Bulk" items are usually less expensive because you are not paying anything extra for the packaging of the product.

売り手が商品を簡易包装もしくは小売包装のどちらかでと記述するときは異なった包装を意味している。小売包装は小売の場所である、ウォールマートやエーティー＆ティーストアで見るようなものである。簡易包装は商品が単体でもしくはプラスティックバックで送られて来る。簡易包装はたいていあまり費用が掛からない。そのため商品の包装に余分な支払いをしなくて良い。
