先週、時計を受け取りました。
すごく綺麗な時計で感激しています。ありがとう。
しかし、ぜんまいが切れていて、完全に巻くことができませんでした。

商品説明には、”keeps time” と記載してありましたが、わずか、
1時間半程で止まってしまいます。

ぜんまいを交換するのに多分、日本では$100以上掛かると思います。
私には予想外の出費です。

あなたに誠意があるなら、購入金額の一部を返金して貰えませんか？

I received a clock last week.
I am moved with a very clean clock.Thank you very much.
However,a spring cut and was not able to completely wind it up.

It was listed in product explanation with "keep times",but　it stop in approximately one and a half hours.

Probably I think that it becomes the prices more than $ 100 in Japan to change a spring.It is unexpected expenditure for me.

Will you refund me a part of the purchased amount?I do not mind even 10 dollars and 20 dollars.My PayPal account is xxx.
