このたびMCINTOSH C28を落札しました＊＊です。当方、先日誤って商品が割れている旨をメールでお伝えしてしまいました。さらに先ほどPAYPALに報告をしてしまいました。
実は、当方の完全なミスでございまして、ほかの方にご連絡するつもりが、誤って、＊＊様に送ってしまいました。
本当に本当に申し訳ありません。ただちに、クレームは取り消しさせていただきました。
どうか、気を悪くされないでください。MCINTOSH C28が届くのを楽しみにしております。

I am the one who won a bid for MCINTOSH C28. I am sorry but, by accident I told you that the item was broken by email the other day. Furthermore I mistakenly reported that to PAYPAL too a while back.

In fact This is completely my error. I was going to tell someone else about this but I sent you the email by accident. I am terribly sorry. I eliminated the mistaken compalin right away.
I sincerely hope that you did not get offended very much. I am looking forward to receiving MCINTOSH C28.
