このたびMCINTOSH C28を落札しました＊＊です。当方、先日誤って商品が割れている旨をメールでお伝えしてしまいました。さらに先ほどPAYPALに報告をしてしまいました。
実は、当方の完全なミスでございまして、ほかの方にご連絡するつもりが、誤って、＊＊様に送ってしまいました。
本当に本当に申し訳ありません。ただちに、クレームは取り消しさせていただきました。

I'm **, who won MCINTOSH C28 the other day. I sent you an e-mail about the item's damage by mistake a few days ago. Also I have just reported that to PayPal.
As a matter of fact, this is totally my mistake, I intended to send the email to other person but I sent the email to ** by mistake. I'm really sorry for that. I have withdrew a claim immediately.
Please don't feel bad. I'm looking forward to arraival of MCINTOSH C28.
