Thank you for your concern.
First of all, I want to know that if the order have to be cancelled. If you or I cancel the order, can I get the money back?
I really want to have this figure, so I think option 2 might be a good choice. Should I make the payment right now or can I make the payment after the product release before you ship the product to me? I prefer the latter one, after I am promised to get the figure, I make the payment.
Also I'm not sure what will happen for option 1. Could you please explain it to me in detail?

支払いは、すぐに行った方がいいでしょうか？それとも、商品が発売されてから貴社が発送する前にお支払いするのがよろしいでしょうか？
当方としましては、後者の方がありがたいと存じます。
