ただ、今回のマグカップは内部の状態がとても悪いですね。
飲み口の欠けについてはきちんと説明がありましたが、
内部の状態については写真と説明が無かったのがとても残念です。

I received the items today.
I really appreciate your prompt response.
However, the inner sides of the mug cups were in bad condition.
We were explained about the crack in the top edge of the cup, but it is disappointing that there were no pictures and explanation about the inner condition.
I would like to ask for some refund if possible or, give us a discount when we place the next order.
I am happy with your posted items and would like to continue purchasing from you.
