確認して欲しいことがあります。

私は先週の木曜日、7/5にmy packageの中にあるリチウムイオンバッテリー２個をアマゾンへ返品して欲しいとメールしました。

その際、アマゾンの返品専用の書類もメールに添付しました。

そして先日、アマゾンから返品を受け取ったとメールが来ました。

しかし、一個しか返品されてきていないとメールに書いてありました。


確認して欲しいのですが、

あなたは一つの箱に２個入れて返品してくれましたか？

もしかして、一個ずつ別々に返品しましたか？

I'd like to have a confirmation by you.
Last Thursday, 5th July, I e-mailed that I'd like to return two lithium-ion batteries to Amazon.
On that occasion, I attached the Amazon-designated returning paper.
After that, the other day I received an e-mail from Amazon.
But the e-mail said that only one lithium-ion battery was returned.

Will you please confirm that you returned to the two lithium-ion batteries in one box?
By any chance, did you returned to Amazon the lithium-ion batteries separately?
