確認して欲しいことがあります。
私は先週の木曜日、7/5にmy packageの中にあるリチウムイオンバッテリー２個をアマゾンへ返品して欲しいとメールしました。
その際、アマゾンの返品専用の書類もメールに添付しました。
そして先日、アマゾンから返品を受け取ったとメールが来ました。
しかし、一個しか返品されてきていないとメールに書いてありました。
確認して欲しいのですが、
あなたは一つの箱に２個入れて返品してくれましたか？
もしかして、一個ずつ別々に返品しましたか？

Hi, I would like you to check something for me.
I sent a message to Amazon to ask to return 2 of the lithium ion batteries that are in my package on 5th July, Thursday. I attached the special document for returning too.
On the other day, I received a message from Amazon to say they received the products, but they said they got only one.
The thing I want you to check is did you put 2 products in same package? Or you sent one by one?
