こんにちは。先日、私が購入したウェッジウッドオズボーンのティーポット（トラッキングナンバー 1Z72F2X30342969076）をお送りいただき、ありがとうございます。ところが、送り先の米国の転送会社からの連絡によると、ポットの取っ手の
ところが折れていたようです。転送会社には、写真を送ってもらうように頼んでいるところです。写真がこちらに届けば、お送りしたいと思います。この商品に保険は掛かっているでしょうか？

Greetings. Thank you for sending the Wedgwood Osbourne teapot (tracking number: 1Z72F2X30342969076) I purchased the other day. According to the forwarding company in charge of sending the merchandise to its destination in the U.S.A., the handle of the pot is broken.
I have asked the forwarding company to send me a picture of the merchandise. As soon as I get the picture, I will send it over to you. Does this product have an insurance?
