Order Number: AAAAについて

UPS追跡番号を確認したところ、
日本に荷物が入ったところでUPSに止められてしまいました。
事情を聞いたところ、医薬品は書類がないと輸入できないということでした。
なのでamazon.comに返品ということになりました。
amazon.comでは日本へ注文できない商品は注文できないような仕組みになっているはずですが
この商品は設定ミスでしょうか？
また、返品された商品の返金はどうなりますでしょうか？

Regarding Order Number AAAA

We checked the United Parcel Service (UPS) tracking number, and we have found that the luggage has been blocked by the UPS from entering Japan.
We asked them about the situation, and they replied that importation of pharmaceutical products was prohibited unless the importer has the proper documents.
Therefore, the merchandise will have to be returned to Amazon.com.
Amazon.com supposedly has a system according to which products that cannot be ordered from Japan are not avaliable for purchase (for customers in Japan); but maybe this product has been miscategorized?

In addition, how will you refund the returned merchandise?
