まず、私は3月26日に貴店でシャツを5枚注文しました。
オンラインオーダーではなく店内での注文です。
私は翌日の3月27日にも再度貴店に行きました。
あなたは不在でしたが、女性が対応してくれました。
私が20枚の追加注文をお願いすると、初めは無理だと言われました。
しかしのちに誰かに電話をして、許可してくれました。
頂いた控えは手元にありますので、必要であればFAXにて送ります。
その際に、何枚ずつ発送するかは後日メールで連絡すると言われました。
完成までに時間が掛かることも言われました。

At first,I ordered 5 shirts at your store on 26th,march.
It was not made online,but by person.
I went your store again on27th March.
You were not there,but a lady staff took care me.
When I ask her additional order for 20 shirts first time,she said it is not available.
But later she phoned somebody,and made the order possible.
I still have the order form,which I could send for you by fax.
At the day,she tald me she was going to phone me and let me know how many shirts she could send for me each time.
She told me it takes time to make everything.
