私は翌日の3月27日にも再度貴店に行きました。
あなたは不在でしたが、女性が対応してくれました。
私が20枚の追加注文をお願いすると、初めは無理だと言われました。
しかしのちに誰かに電話をして、許可してくれました。
頂いた控えは手元にありますので、必要であればFAXにて送ります。
その際に、何枚ずつ発送するかは後日メールで連絡すると言われました。
完成までに時間が掛かることも言われました。

Though you were absent, I dealt with a woman there. When I placed an additional order for 20 shirts, at first she said it was impossible. After phoning later, however, I received approval for the order. Since I have the receipt of the transaction at hand, if needs be I can fax it. At that time, I was told that at a later date I would be emailed how many shirts would be sent in each shipment, and how long it would take.
