Thank you for your email. We would be happy to start the cancellation but I'm afraid the tire was shipped yesterday. Per UPS it should be delivered on Tuesday, 7/3. We can stop the shipment and have it returned to us, but unfortunately there is a $14 intercept fee and a $15 restock fee that would be deducted from your refund.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Eメールでのご連絡有難うございました。喜んでキャンセルの手続きを開始致しますが、タイヤは昨日出荷致しました。UPSによって7/3の火曜日に配達される予定です。出荷を停めて、当社へ戻すこともできますが、出荷を中止すると、残念ながら、お客様への返金額から$14のキャンセル費用と返品費用の$15が差引かれてしまいます。
