もう一度状況をお話しします。この内容は5月10日に一度メールを送信しています。

まず、貴社の送った商品は水に濡れた状況で到着した為、私は受け取りを拒否し(郵便局の補償を受け取る為には受け取りを拒否しなければならない為)郵便局の補償を受け取りました。この時の金額が31230円です。

しかしながら、私の購入した商品代金は61661円のため、差額を補償して欲しいと要求しました。

つまり私の手元に商品はありません。商品は郵便局が破棄しました。貴社はその上での補償を考えるべきです。

First, the item your company sent us was wet, and I refused to receive it(As I need to refuse it in order to be covered by post office insurance), and received compensation from the post office. The amount was 31230 yen.

However, I demanded short amount as the item I bought was 61661 yen.

Thus, I do not have the item with me.The post office had disposed it.Your company should come up with compensation taking this into consideration.
