まず、貴社の送った商品は水に濡れた状況で到着した為、私は受け取りを拒否し(郵便局の補償を受け取る為には受け取りを拒否しなければならない為)郵便局の補償を受け取りました。この時の金額が31230円です。

しかしながら、私の購入した商品代金は61661円のため、差額を補償して欲しいと要求しました。

つまり私の手元に商品はありません。商品は郵便局が破棄しました。貴社はその上での補償を考えるべきです。
