ただヒールは全て6cmでオーダーしたのにも関わらず、赤×ベージュのバイカラーサンダルだけ、ヒールが低いままです。後、3足全て、靴の楯の長さが少し長いです。（試着した時の足を写真に撮り、この手紙に添付しているので、確認して下さい。）

念の為、自分で自分の足の形をとったスケッチも送りますので、必ずサイズ確認をお願いします。（多分、私の右足と左足はほんの少しだけ長さが違うと思います。）

電話で男性スタッフに指示された通り、送料の××円は一旦、私が負担しています。この確認もお願いします。

However, although I asked for 6cm heels on all of them, the red & beige bi-color sandals were low-heeled. Also, all 3 pairs of shoes are slightly too long. (I have taken a picture wearing these shoes, and included them in this letter. Please take a look.)

Just to be sure, I have drawn an outline of my feet and included them, so I hope you can check the size. (I think that there may be a slight difference in the length between my right and left foot.)

As told by the male staff on the phone, the delivery charges are xx yen, and will be borne by me. Please also confirm this.
