こちらで裏地を用意する方向で同意いただけないでしょうか？もしお客様の方でバッグを返送するとなると、送料がかなりかかります。こちらから発送する際の送料もかなり高かったので、お客様が発送するとなると、もっと高くなると思います。以前お送りしたＵＲＬをご覧いただければ分かると思いますが、裏地ありと無しが選べる様になっており、こちらで出した見積もりは、裏地なしのものでした。

もし、原価で裏地をお譲りすれば、ご納得していただけますか？
